Refunds available after onsite flooding closes event

Creamfields offers refunds following cancellation

Following its cancellation on Sunday, August 29th, as a result of torrential rain and onsite flooding, organisers of Cremafields have announced details offering refunds to those who had purchased tickets for the event.

Sunday day ticket-holders will be provided with a full refund, while those with tickets for the full weekend will receive half of the original ticket fee. The event was brought to an early close after the Cheshire event endured treacherous overnight downpours, leaving organisers with no other option than to bring the festival to a premature climax.

A statement from Creamfields read: “Firstly we’d like to apologise for the delay in getting these details to you, we do understand your frustration, however there are several parties involved and it’s taken a little longer than anticipated to pull all this information together, [but] rest assured this has been a top priority for us.”

Full details on how to claim your refund can be found at http://www.creamfields.com/.
