The voting process for the 31st Annual NAMM TEC Awards is now underway via a secure third-party online voting service.
Founded in 1985 and presented by the NAMM Foundation, the TEC Awards is described as the most prestigious awards event for the professional audio and music production industry, consisting of 31 awards for Outstanding Technical and Creative Achievement in audio products and projects.
The nominees were announced back in September and you can review them all here.
Voting is open to prominent professional audio and music industry organisations, journals and websites, including the Producers & Engineers Wing of the Recording Academy, select NAMM members, the NAMM TEC community, the Game Audio Network Guild (G.A.N.G.), Broadjam.com and the Motion Picture Sound Editors (MPSE), along with NewBay Media titles Mix, Pro Audio Review, Pro Sound News, Electronic Musician and Sound & Video Contractor.
Voters are sent a special email with link to the online ballot by one of these groups. To request a voting link, email email@example.com.
The deadline to submit votes is 31 December.
All ballots will be entered into a draw to win two tickets for the awards ceremony, with seating at NAMM president and CEO Joe Lamond’s table, plus a VIP parking spot at the Hilton Anaheim, where the event takes place on Saturday 23 January 2016.
