ABTT 2013: new Mackie products

A number of new products will make their way onto the POLARaudio stand at this year’s ABTT show, to be held at The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London, on 12 and 13 June.

Certain to catch the eye will be the all-new DL806 digital live sound mixer with iPad control, which alongside the flagship DL1608, redefines live mixing, by combining the power of a full-featured digital mixer with the ease and mobility of an iPad.

Continuing the Mackie theme will be Mackie’s new DLM Series loudspeakers. The DLM Series delivers premium sound quality in extremely compact and portable enclosures. The range comprises the DLM8 and DLM12 eight-inch and 12-inch powered loudspeakers and DLM12S 2000W powered subwoofer with Class-D amplification. The DLM8 and DLM12 are equipped with Mackie’s TruSource technology driver with an incredibly compact common-magnet design. Both the DLM8 and DLM12 feature the Mackie DL2 integrated digital mixer, providing a dual-channel mixing solution for a wide array of possible applications. The integrated DLP Digital Processor features system-processing tools including a variable crossover and ample system protection.

More new highlights on the POLARaudio stand will include micro line-array products from AD systems, as well as the Beyerdynamic TG 1000 Digital Wireless system, Aviom A360 Personal Mixer, ASL BS 17 Beltpack and ASL’s digital intercom system.
