FIFA World Cup 2014 theme music recorded at Ocean Way

The official theme music for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil was recorded recently at Ocean Way Recording on Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles.

The ESPN World Cup theme music was recorded in the facility’s famed Studio A. A number of experienced musicians, producers and engineers were involved, including trumpeter Wayne Bergeron and percussionist Alex Acuna, along with composer/producer Lisle Moore; Bryan Hofheins, CCO, Warner Chappelle/NonStop Music; and Claude Mitchell, ESPN coordinating director of music.

The recording engineer was Wesley Seidman, with Ryan Reault assisting. 

The 2014 FIFA World Cup will take in Brazil from June 12th to July 13th 2013.
