Rega & War Child UK launch prize draw to win Sam Fender-signed RSD2022 turntable

Turntable manufacturer Rega and War Child UK are giving vinyl fans the opportunity to win a signed limited edition Record Store Day 15th-anniversary turntable, signed by British singer/songwriter Sam Fender, raising vital funds to support millions of children throughout the unfolding crisis in Ukraine.

Longtime turntable sponsor of Record Store Day UK, Rega announced its new 15th-anniversary RSD turntable earlier this month, of which only 500 units have been made. Based on the multi-award-winning Rega Planar 1, this latest design is customised with an exclusive Record Store Day mat, lid badge and silk screen logo.

Made by hand in the UK, the RSD 15th Anniversary Planar 1 uses a high specification low noise 24v motor, handmade RB110 precision tonearm and factory fitted Rega Carbon cartridge.

In previous years, Rega has raffled off signed RSD turntables by Noel Gallagher, Robert Plant and Fat Boy Slim to raise funds for War Child UK, the official charity partner for Record Store Day UK.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants will help War Child UK support the unfolding crisis in Ukraine, as well as places like Afghanistan and Yemen, where millions of children are still in desperate need of protection from war and conflict. Furthermore, donations will be matched pound for pound by the UK Government. Entries close 24th April 2022.
