Studiomaster and Carlsbro appoint joint regional sales manager

Pro audio and MI brands Studiomaster and Carlsbro have announced the appointment of Ben Millson as regional sales manager across both brands

Millson comes to the Studioking Group Europe owned companies from AVSL Group, where he occupied the role of UK southeast regional field sales manager, with responsibility for MI, DJ and pro audio brands. Prior to this role, Millson spent five years with Adam Hall, where he oversaw development of the LD Systems brand in the UK.

His formative career saw him working in the record industry, working for a number of labels, including Columbia (Sony), Acid Jazz and Ninja Tune. Encouraged by John Moore from Cold Cut, he also set up his own recording studio and produced several UK underground hip hop artists.

Commenting on his new position, Millson said: ”This is a very exciting time to be joining Studiomaster / Carlsbro, with amazing new products set to expand and extend the Studiomaster brand, and the continuing introduction of beautifully re-engineered vintage and fantastic all-new Carlsbro amp lines. My background in this industry is in establishing new product lines and achieving substantial growth across market sectors, and there is going to be considerable opportunity to do so in the coming years with these two brands.”
