UK Festival Conference to take place November 15th

The UK Festival Conference is set to take place on November 15th at London’s HMV Forum.

The conference is the only event of its kind to bring the contemporary music festival industry together for a day of debate, networking and information sharing. A series of panel discussions will aim to provide an insight into the industry’s biggest talking points, while there will also be a review of the year’s greatest achievements and challenges.

Furthermore, there will be an exclusive presentation of the results of the Festival Census – the most comprehensive survey of British festival-goers’ habits ever undertaken. Engaging with more than 150,000 people, combined with analysis of previous years’ findings, it is designed to identify trends and provide key business intelligence.

Last year’s sell-out event saw such keynote panellists take to the stage as ohn Giddings (Isle of Wight Festival), John Probyn (Live Nation), Colin Rodger (T in the Park), James Barton (Creamfields), Professor G Keith Still (Bucks New University Centre for Crowd Management and Security) Jon Drape (Ear To The Ground), Fiona Stewart (Green Man Festival), Stuart Galbraith (Kilimanjaro Live), Jeff Craft (X-Ray Touring), Geoff Meall (The Agency Group), Gary Turner (MAMA Festivals), Neil Pengelly (Festival Republic).
