Darcus Beese, Goldie and Mr Hudson get behind Metropolis Academy

Legendary London recording facility Metropolis Studios has today revealed names of those on the advisory board for its Metropolis Academy production courses.

The programme, which is aimed at providing aspiring producers an opportunity develop their skills with some of the industry’s top names, boasts an advisory board made up of such impressive names as Tracie London, Darcus Beese, Goldie, Mr Hudson, Jeanette Lee, Ross Cullum, Peter Vettese, Caroline Elleray, Sam Wheat and Matthew Rumbold.

Meanwhile, students taking part in the academy will be led by lecturers Ian Ramage and Marc Fox, with all sessions taking place at the historic facility, which has hosted some of the world’s biggest international stars, including Michael Jackson, Rihanna and The Rolling Stones.

The Academy Programme launches in October 2012, with two courses: Mastering the Art of Music Production and An Introduction to the Music Business.
