Recording with RedNet event

Focusrite is showing off one of the latest installations of its RedNet audio networking systems, which is being used at the London College of Music.

The RedNet system is comprised of a number of different I/O and connectivity devices running on the Dante network, which are designed to be used in everything from live sound to installations in studios, theatres, and more.

Some recent high-profile user stories include sound designer Dean Hovey using RedNet in his LA-based studio, as well as mixing legend Chris Lord-Alge, who chose RedNet when making the switch to a tapeless workflow.

The event takes place 5 June from 6:30pm until 9:30pm and features Focusrite’s RedNet product specialist Adrian Hogg, who will be hosting a networked audio distribution and recording demo at the College’s facilities.

Adrian will be joined by guest speakers including London College of Music’s Richard Liggins (pictured left) an composer/producer Dom Beken, whose credits include The Orb, Jonny Marr, and the BAFTA nominated game score for ‘Shooter’.
