Clear-Com to showcase connectivity solutions range at ISE 2015

Clear-Com will bring its latest advancements in intercoms and IP connectivity to Booth 7-S225 at ISE 2015 at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam on February 10-12.

The FreeSpeak II wireless intercom system is an enhanced DECT-based offering that operates in multiple license-free DECT bands from 1.897-1.933GHz. FreeSpeak II delivers improved roaming capability for reliable wireless connections, superior digital ‘Clear-Com Sound’ for clear intelligibility and audio comfort, and intercom features that make it a high performance wireless option. The system allows large numbers of wireless beltpack users to simultaneously roam across an expansive area without compromising on performance.

FreeSpeak II can be implemented as a standalone base station wireless system or as an integrated wireless solution within Eclipse HX matrices, known as FreeSpeak II Integra. When using the base station, up to 20 full-duplex wireless beltpacks can be connected; in an integrated matrix setup, as many as 50 full-duplex wireless beltpacks can be used at the same time by strategically placing 10 or more distributed remote antennas to create an expansive coverage zone. These beltpack users are then able to directly communicate with any other remote or local matrix panel or other wireless or wired beltpack user who is on the Eclipse HX Matrix System network.

The LQ Series is the fast and simple solution to extend or link intercom or audio to any remote location over secure IP network (LAN, WAN, Internet). LQ device comes in a 2-wire (LQ-2W2) or 4-wire (LQ-4W2) option. The LQ-2W2 can connect partylines together for an intercom circuit over IP and is Clear-Com and RTS compatible, similar to a mini partyline main station with IP connectivity. The LQ-4W2 connects and routes audio between analog ports of any matrix intercom system, analog telephone circuits, two-way radio gateways and audio consoles. A maximum of six LQ Series devices can be linked together in any 2- or 4-wire combination.

The Eclipse HX v8.0 configuration software for the Eclipse HX digital matrix intercom systems enables standard IP-connected V-Series panels to operate both as fully functional intercom keypanels and as multi-channel audio gateways with no requirement for additional hardware or software licenses. This innovative software feature extends the Eclipse HX’s existing capability to provide remote matrix intercom connectivity over diverse IP infrastructure at no additional cost, making audio and intercom connectivity for applications such as live events more cost-effective.
