ICYMI: Check out the Top 10 stories on Audio Media International this week

At the end of another eventful week, Audio Media International rounds up the biggest pro audio stories from the past seven days.

In any other year, many of us would currently be doing the final rounds of the Anaheim Convention Centre and reflecting on a week of heavy networking and hangovers round the Marriott Hotel pool at the close of the first major trade show of the year. Of course, like so many, this year’s NAMM Show has been transferred to the digital realm, so while we may have missed out on our annual dose of winter sun and an ever-present soundtrack of mulleted, leather-clad guitar shredders, there has still been plenty of activity to take note of. From all manner of product launches to a comprehensive array of educational sessions and expert talks, the virtual NAMM Believe In Music Week has kept the industry busy, and unsurprisingly features heavily on this week’s Top 10.

Elsewhere, a seismic deal in the broadcast sector, which saw HARMAN sell the iconic Studer brand to Evertz, captured the market’s attention, as did an exclusive new partnership between Abbey Road Studios and Audio Media International, which you can read more on in our rundown below.
