ISE 2017: Powersoft promises ‘spectacular product launch’

Powersoft says it is set to plug an important gap in its multi-channel installation series with its upcoming ISE product launch.

A brand new range will make its debut at the show (RAI, Amsterdam, 7-10 February) on the stand of its Dutch distribution partner Ampco Flashlight Sales (# 7-K180).

The company will throw a party on the opening day to toast the new arrival, inviting media, integrators and partners to join in with the celebrations. The party will run from 4pm onwards and is based on the key concept: “4 Human Integration.”

Full details will be announced nearer the time, but Powersoft has been able to tell us that its trademark technology – including switch-mode power supply with power factor correction, smart rail management and bridgeable switch mode fixed frequency Class D output circuit topology – "will all be in evidence."

The manufacturer will also occupy an additional booth in ISE’s Hall #7 (V200). This will be dedicated to its Deva multimedia system, and overseen by new executive director Karl Kahlau, who moves from his position as Regional Sales Account Manager, EMEA and India, to take up the position.

Away from the trading floor, Powersoft will also be involved in some exciting collateral activities. The company will again be sponsoring Audinate’s Dante AV Networking World training event on 6 February (in Rooms G104 and G105). The title will be: ‘Decentralized DSP solutions: Advanced audio system design often require audio sources from various locations in a building to be routed and distributed.’

This will be presented by Powersoft’s fixed installation specialist, Marc Kocks, who has built up more than 20 years’ experience in design, project management and integration of theatres, sports arenas, theme parks and many other systems. During the session, visitors will learn how to optimise their designs using powerful DSP tools while accessing the audio network and offering full remote control.

In addition to discussing decentralised DSP systems the seminar will focus on power management, cooling requirements, system configuration and monitoring of the audio system.

Finally, the company will again be sponsoring Connessioni’s AudioForum – also on 6 February.
