Sonarworks reveals Reference 4 Studio Edition

Sonarworks has released its new Reference 4 Studio Edition room correction software.

The new four-component software and hardware package is designed to remove unwanted colouration from speakers and headphones, offering music makers accurate studio reference sound regardless of their kit of studio set-up.

The Reference 4 DAW plugin provides zero-latency processing, meaning that creators can use it while recording, producing, mixing or mastering. It is available in a range of formats (AU, AAX Native, RTAS and VST), so that it can work in every major DAW.

Reference 4 Measure guides users through a step-by-step room measurement process to ensure  the most accurate sound possible, while the XREF20 Measurement Microphone is an individually calibrated measurement tool engineered to ensure a flat frequency response with optimised accuracy.
