Organisers of Summer NAMM 2021 have revealed the full schedule ahead of next month’s event.

This year’s Summer NAMM sees a return to a live show after last year’s event was cancelled due to the pandemic and 2020’s Winter NAMM became the virtual ‘Believe in Music’ week.

NAMM has worked closely with the City of Nashville and local authorities to devise a plan that will enable the this summer’s show to go ahead.

Among the event’s sessions at Summer NAMM 2021 is Public Enemy’s Brian Hardgroove speaking on cross-cultural issues in the music industry. Another highlight is The Record Shop studio owner Sean Giovanni talking about how studios can thrive through disruption.

Also on the lineup is a panel discussion on the future of livestreaming featuring StageIt CEO Stephen White and Fireplay CEO Nick Whitehouse. In another session, Ocean Way Studios Director of Operations Pat McMakin and Welcome To 1979 Recording Co-owner Yoli Mara will talk about how studios can prepare for the post-Covid world.
